It is a very nice place to live in. Great place and great amenities :)
If you can afford to go elsewhere do it. I've had to put up shitty neighbors who play loud music. There are no consequences for the people who disrupt your sleep. It is against law to have loud music before 7 am and after 10 pm, yet I have not seen any serious consequences dealt to my neighbors who play music from 11pm to 2am (EPA). I hate it here.
