This place seriously is a joke! Maintenance doesn’t want to fix shit and if they do anything it’s half assed!!!! If anything breaks they want to charge you to replace it! The blinds are so old they just fall apart, air conditioners suck and they are old and when you say something to them it’s oh it’s like that because it’s so hot out smh no it’s like that because it’s old and needs replaced! I Truly love it here, just look at the photos I just posted, they updated my entire apartment, what’s there not to love.
This apartment complex is very lazy. They don’t fix anything. You have to fix it yourself. I’m trying to figure out when will they get new AC. These ACs are way over 10 years old.
