I jus moved in about a month ago and love it...its nice and cozy the staff is great and do a great job...the set up great
Absolutely amazing customer service. I visited back in August and didn't really care for the place...bad service, the people were rude, but I went back a few weeks ago and it had to be under new management because I had the NICEST person helping me (Nfrtari was her name by the way...if you're ever there, get her to help you!!!) and overall my experience was 100 times better than the last. Also, the apartments are really great and so close to the downtown area!
I enjoy living at the University place. I really like how close it is to the campus/downtown area. It is very convenient for students especially since you don't have to deal with parking problems every morning. Utilities are included in the rent, which is a big plus. If safety is an issue for you then this is the place for you because the building is locked during evening times and there is a security guard at nighttime. The lounge area and business area is also great for studying or just taking a break to watch tv. Overall ... read more
