Very rude night emergency staff, rude reception person, no place to sit. Psychiatric patients are kept in same area with other patients. ���
Thanks to everyone in pre-admissions who were taking patients, including my son, an hour after they were supposed to close. Great attitudes at the end of a long day!

No problem with Doctors. Been traveling to UVA for 15 years as my wife has a neurological condition. A 4 hour drive. My problem is the billing and cost. $517.00 for a 30 minute consultation is outrageous. No other way to put it. Insurance companies and patients are being cheated as they are not told of the cost prior to the visit nor do they have a way to refute the cost. No easier person to cheat than someone who is sick or injured and needs help. This is organized and sanctioned theft-pure and simple!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much for saving my mom from her train accident (this was 12 years ago) and for taking care of my dad! He was just diagnosed with cancer but you all did so much for him in 2 days than what Valley Health did for him a week. You are an amazing hospital! I would give you 10 stars if it were possible!
I have never ever been treated to respectfully in a hospital before like this. From the lady outside the building getting people in there cars to the gentleman who directed us inside to the little sweet ladies taking me up to triage, nurses, doctors everyone was awesome. Special thanks to Dr. Daniero and his team that once again helped me breathe to a much better capacity. He is a blessing!
