The outpatient surgery department needs to be more organized. My 17 month old had to fast for his procedure & doesn't understand why he can't eat, we were told surgery was at 9:30am then it changed to 12, 12:30, they finally took him at 2pm! He was so frustrated/agitated , crying & hitting that they had to sedate him to keep him calm until they finally took him for his surgery. We spent 8 hrs for a 1hr surgery.

Last Saturday, the attending and resident in the ED saw me within 10 minutes, and I was sent straight to ophthalmology as soon as they determined I needed more advance evaluation. While my vision is not what is was, it is not as bad as it could have been. Thanks for the expert care.
Easy navigation inside the hospital, but a rather difficult drive through lots of small roads, construction and feeling extremely lucky that you finally found a parking space.
I loved how my needs were addressed...just waiting on results!
Love my doctors and nurses. If I have any problems they respond fast.
