The ER is a joke. They lie about following through on things just to get you out of there. They don’t care. Maybe if you’re on the verge of dying they’ll consider helping, maybe.

Our son was just released from UVA after having a stem cell transplant. He was very pleased with his care and so were we. Questions were answered and we felt that their major concern was his care and comfort and they also provided care and comfort to us (parents). Very pleased with the hospital, especially the cancer area.
I spent from May 16 through July 3rd. I received a liver transplant done there June 12/13. I can not express how thankful I am for my 2nd chance at life. I would like to say THANKS to my Transplant Team, 5-Central, 5-West and both ICU for all the care and hospitality I was shown. Plus I was just there in February for another surgery, which saved my life. Thanks UVA, for saving my life.

The pediatric doctors are a joke sent my son home yesterday after we sat in the room for 7 hours they tell us they forgot about us. my son was diagnosed with strep throat Today and was dehydrated
