they refuse to listen to my symptoms two years and they still haven't taken 5 minutes to listen I've talked to them many times and they just don't show any bit of caring. my life is miserable and no answers

The staff of St. Mark's wrongfully sent my wife to the Covid-ward, kept us against our will, screwed up on tests which we had to pay for multiple times, assigned us doctors that weren't under contract with the hospital; so they may not be covered under our insurance. What's worse, those same doctors wrongfully diagnosed my wife's inflamed gallbladder as stage-4 Cancer--scaring us all half to death, and after all that the CFO (Michael Herron) refused to acknowledge any wrong-doing, refusing to drop any charges after such gros... read more

RecommendedCleanliness, professionalism, but not timeliness. I waited in an exam room for an hour and a half before seeing someone.

RecommendedThey took very good care of me. Also, everyone had PPE and was very aware of covid risks. They were professional, compassionate, and I felt like they were focused on me. I did not feel alone even though my husband had to go home and wait while I was being treated. Very positive experience.
