When you have to sign an AMA to get out, just to have your team of doctors at Washington Hospital Center call up there and tell them they need to do their job. I was critically sick and the ER department couldn’t have been more careless. I ended up back in the ER not even 6 hours later nearly clinging to life. If it weren’t for WHC calling and telling them ER doctors how to do their job and that I wasn’t just some person looking for narcotics or anything of that nature. Improve? Stop treating everyone as though they are a junkie trying to score drugs, believe it or not, there are still people with legitimate problems. I would never want to see the mess you folks see on a day to day basis, but stereotyping people without the use of those new magical tests - urinalysis or blood screening - so I've seen on TV, is archaic. Incompetent front desk staff. Enough to turn me away in the future. Very long wait for a chest pain patient with cardiac history. Also on a medication that can cause liver issues and having UR abdominal pain. I work in healthcare and this is unacceptable.

RecommendedIt is always nice when you go to an urgent care and it is not crowded. But it was so clean and everyone was extremely nice. I needed to go back in the same day . I was once again greeted with a pleasant smile. The nurse practitioner Becky was terrific.
