Front desk people are unprofessional, I checked in to my appointment at 4:45 and went back up to the desk at 6, apparently the lady never checked me in. The 2 times I went, the volunteers were rude and very judgmental. Even the doctor on duty was snarky. But what can you expect from a free clinic 🤷🏼♀️ also, I’ve called 10 times within business hours to get my test results, nobody answers the phone or has called back.
Absolutely awful, I’m pregnant and Having a lot of problems my OB at KU told me to go to the ER so I did, I was there for 5 1/2 hours and not seen by anyone at all.
RecommendedAll I can say is the care my mom received was above/beyond any expectations I had!!! Thank You everyone there for saving her life .., and her foot!! Dr Horton was/is an AMAZING Doctor!! Thank You everyone!!! ❤️💋
Emergency Room is HORRIBLE! Not only was I there from 1015am to 5pm, I was left in the hallway the entire time! Didn’t even get introduced to a physician until 230pm. All of my personal information and business was shared with whoever was in the area bc as I said, I didn’t NOT HAVE A ROOM! Personal information was left upright...once again, IM THE HALLWAY! I have had bad experiences with all the doctors I have seen at this place so far. I will see one more next month before I move on. I was doing alright until I had to switch doctors from moving from California to here. My disease was under control. I got a doctor that I feel didn’t listen and didn’t know what he was doing. Seriously I feel like I know more about my condition than he did he tried to prescribe me drugs with warnings not to use with my condition. shifted blame on symptoms caused by his medicine to other doctors.... read more
RecommendedMy mom has had several procedures done there and has received excellent care. Nurses are wonderful about keeping you updated during the process and the doctors have been wonderful talking to us after surgery is finished.
