I have had bad experiences with all the doctors I have seen at this place so far. I will see one more next month before I move on. I was doing alright until I had to switch doctors from moving from California to here. My disease was under control. I got a doctor that I feel didn’t listen and didn’t know what he was doing. Seriously I feel like I know more about my condition than he did he tried to prescribe me drugs with warnings not to use with my condition. shifted blame on symptoms caused by his medicine to other doctors.... read more
My mom has had several procedures done there and has received excellent care. Nurses are wonderful about keeping you updated during the process and the doctors have been wonderful talking to us after surgery is finished.

They recommend a MRI to my wife based on the history of breast cancer in her family. They told her she would have to pay "very little, if anything" for a MRI. 5 months after the MRI we are delivered a bill of $1500 to be paid within the next 30 days. Truly feel like this team scammed us - they talked us into doing something we didn't ask for, and then turned around to charge us a HEAVY price tag. Absolutely ridiculous. This place literally saved my life. Phenomenal staff and students. I always felt I was in good hands. Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about KU Med.
they are real good for heart problems . not very good for having babies a few of my friends and relatives told me that. they are great for hep c.
