I had a wonderful experience there today. Dr. Flaherty and her staff were wonderful. I even got into my appointment early which almost never happens. My first time ever at U of I Hospitals and it was certainly positive.
I've struggled with infertility for 12+ yrs & have been seeing the Dr's at The UI Center for Advanced Reproductive Care for the past 3 yrs. Dr Van Voorhis & his team of Dr's & nurses haven provided my husband & I the best care ever. They truly know what they are doing. Can't wait to transfer 2 more babies in July.
I love this hospital very friendly staff very clean... U feel welcome and invited .. I come here ever three -two months for medical reasons I feel like I'm home .. My doctors that I see treat me with respect tells me in detail what's wrong and makes me feel good .. If I have question or don't understand something they take time explain it to me ..Always feel welcome I come everybody is smiling and helpful..But I did noticed everytime I do come back u are always adding on more and I get lost..
I have been seen by a number of very helpful and caring nurses and doctors in several different specialties
Long wait for something they could just have called us about.
I liked all the staff that worked with my family. Except when we were transporting my family member a staff in black scrubs used his key for the elevator then proceeded to put his self in the elevator and left us waiting. Left us behind. Need to be a little more intune with his surroundings.
