While I cannot complain about their healthcare, Beware of University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Billing department and their affiliated predatory lender GreenState Credit Union. Last year my wife had a heart attack and went blind within 4 months of each other. She has multi-organ SLE and a rare condition called Neuromyelitis Optica. Dealing with the billing department has been a nightmare.
