The entire staff and students we dealt with for our dog's cataract surgery were wonderful. We're so thankful for their services and kind interaction with our dog and ourselves. They are all there for the right reason and refreshing love for the animals.
They were helpful and gave me answers to put me at peace related to my dogs health.
On Friday 9/6, I brought my dog in for an abdominal ultrasound to check out a mass that had been found in her abdomen. Despite it being 10:30am, Dr. Kao told me they were “fully booked” for abdominal ultrasounds, though that was the one thing I said I needed when I made the appointment 1 1/2 weeks earlier and drove 6 hours round trip from NE Chicago. Another trip to the U of I, this time with Dzus, and another great experience with their staff. So glad this hospital exists and very thankful for the wonderful and caring Doctors who saved another life.
be less concerned with your profit margin and more concerned with saving animals lives. Beyond terrible experience.
My dog, Toby, just finished his radiation Therapy today. I am so grateful and feel so lucky that he had Dr. Selting & Dr. Yee taking such great care of him. They actually care about him and made sure his worrying momma knew everything that was happening. Cancer sure sucks, but I am glad we had you ladies to help make sure it went away. Thank you again! ❤️
Very thorough n considerate. They explained everything and talked all options thru with me.
Thankful we were sent to your ER!! The staff were very kind and very informative!!
