Amazing, kind, caring, and patient staff who helped us understand everything and were incredibly honest and sweet about the condition of our dog. They took all (And encouraged asking) questions that we had. Will recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks.
When they saved Dory, that proved they really do care!
you care more about the money, than teaching , so I think you should be taxed.
We brought our sweet little chihuahua, Coco, to the U of I Vet Med ER late last Sunday evening. She (and we) received THE BEST care there. Coco was critically ill, and the entire staff acted so quickly and professionally from the moment that we arrived. She was so sick, and there was really no other choice but to humanely euthanize her. This is our fist time having to come her and I’m glad we did. From reception to triage to the veterinarians, everyone was so nice and supportive and very compassionate!!! They took the time to answer all our questions and discuss in detail our options!!! I won’t Hesitate to bring any of our fur baby’s back here for care!!! Thank you all
Great teaching hospital with caring people!
We had visited the hospital three times within 2 months and on the third visit, we had to make the difficult decision to put our cat to sleep. The vet, Dr. Coleman, was incredibly kind and respectful and made the process bearable. Would take any animal to them for help in a heartbeat.
Highly recommend, they have seen all three of my animals now. They are so great with my pets and treat them with such love and care. They are very understanding and always lay out my options for treatment and explain in detail. I especially love the email visit follow ups with my pets vitals and a summery of the visit! So helpful! All vets should do that. They even find a reason to say something sweet about my kitty who most likely growled and swiped at them the entire visit. 🤣
Staff is amazing! And take such good care of the animals!! Highly recommend this wonderful team! Thank you for saving Zachary!! He’s all better now thanks to You!!!
