My mom is in the hospital, I don't have nothing bad to say about all the people that is taking care of her, they are EXTREMELY good! ! But she doesn't have insurance and they don't want to work anything with her! The account is ridiculous hi !
Never thought I would say this but they have improved Big time. My husband was in cvicu and all the staff was Great keep up the good work!!!!!!��
Since September 2014, I have been coming here. In September 2014 I had a 2nd heart attack. They have been very attentive to my needs. With no family in this region of the states, UMC staff have been my family along with Texas Tech staff.
Went cause cardiologist was suppose to see my heart x-rays and they didn't even have the x-rays there but they did charge me.
Was here with son very nice staff we were seen quickly and and we were not rushed off the Dr. Still took her time to explain to us pro's and cons I have also delivered my kids here and that's the reason I keep coming back I have no complaints .
Went to UMC just last night for a broken ankle/leg. The UMC staff were great. Took a little long but after seeing all the people in the ER for stupid stuff I understood why. Went into surgery in the am and went home around 4pm. Thank you very much for the great service and awesome staff.
My mom had surgery there, it was supposed to be a simple procedure, she is now fighting for her life..
They took great care of me. Really i love the staff and nurses. The doctors were truly concern about my health and the out come of each test. My place to go if I have any medical issues. Keep up the great work UMC staff. Doctors and Nurses
My husband and I have insurance so we never really thought to go to University Medical Center for health care. My husband's Urologist does his procedures there so there we went. This war just yesterday. I worked at TTHSC and I have to say, I was amazed at the sight of the hospital, but the appearance was the not the best part of our visit. The staff was amazing.
