We were flown in by helicopter. I have nothing but gold stars for this team of Drs and nurses ..all moms needs were met and mine too as I was a basket case.. Wonderful staff great social workers they have a tough job telling someone that are dying.. Kudos for the kindness and respect❤️�

People at the front desk at the emergency waiting room went from having three patients to 15 in one hour span prob more and could not keep up... old lady was crying in pain... My wife was in pain... And nothing..... waited 3 hours just be be seen... get to the back to find a group of nurses joking around in a room.... wow all that waiting to see staff not really care about admiting people and getting them immediate help.. Muy cómodo y el personal super super amable y profesional, da gusto estar en un hospital de esta calidad.
Since last week were told us that my mom was scheduled to have a procedure done today (9-9-2016). We've been waiting all morning long for staff to come take mom to get her prepared for the procedure, a few minutes ago the nurse came in and says the procedure has been cancelled because they don't have the stuff needed for moms procedure and they don't know when they will be receiving it.
