The staff at UMC is awesome! The nurses and staff at the Infusion Center are angels sent down from heaven!!!
My experiences with this Hospital are excellent from emergency room and telemetry even way back , Doctors, RN,CN and the stuff that all worked ,knows what their doing, Teams Concept is their Main Key Thank you for the Services��
I was at UMC two years ago for several days after a motorcycle accident. The staff took excellent care of me. My mom is there now for heart trouble and again the staff is taking great care of her. The only complaint I had was the food is awful! LOL

Went in an got attended within 20 minutes or so. Got seen and treated quickly. Was out in about 2 hours. Was the quickest ever. Great service from the ER
I stayed 5 nights and the staff,surgeons and physical therapists were great with me.

The financial Department is the worst! If they do not want to bill the insurance for the patient, they should advise us, so we can do it ourselves. After weeks of leaving messages and not being able to speak to the person in charge of my case, i asked for the supervisor which was Angela Cortez and she reassured she would submit the referral for therapy to the insurance, it was never submitted. I called her 12 to 15 times leaving her messages which none were returned,but they are really quick to send you to collections. When ... read more
