The financial Department is the worst! If they do not want to bill the insurance for the patient, they should advise us, so we can do it ourselves. After weeks of leaving messages and not being able to speak to the person in charge of my case, i asked for the supervisor which was Angela Cortez and she reassured she would submit the referral for therapy to the insurance, it was never submitted. Way to long for admission Not Just my 88 year old mother but the many elderly in the waiting room and to quit on Discharge never got a firm diagnosis. I am a former providence hospital Bio med tech and My wife retired RN of over 35 years.I would not recommend if a person has good insurance it is what it is HA
