From the moment we arrived I was treated with such care. I even asked if they all went to training for customer service! I had been here for lab work and it was the same great care to my well being. Thank you all. This is where I am returning as I am sure I will need you yet again.
Went in for a injury to my calf muscle. Got in quick but the whole process took 4 an half hours. The doctor Jobes was fantastic and his resident but the organization seems to be lacking in communication. Other than that this hospital has improved their er tremendously.

I was told to be report to ASU by 10:30am went into surgery around 1pm. I understand thou, they said there was an emergency surgery. I was treated very well there by all the staff on both sides pre-op and post-op. The only thing i didnt like was that i overheard an argument by a staff member and i believe to be an anesthesiologists in the room right in front of mine.
