I think administration and physicians at this hospital are the pits. They do not respect patients wishes and get the court involved if you don't do what they want you to do. It is a patients right to either agree or NOT to a treatment. They are the most closed minded people I have ever known about and apparently they are not very advanced in medical care. They certainly can benefit from further education!
The staff was friendly during my visit explained my options and listened to me. Only draw back was I was there for 7 hours. Which is pretty good for an emergency room visit.
Es un excelente servicio,me siento muy agradecida a todo el personal por su amable atención,siempre me siento como si estuviera en casa,es más ni kisiera salir jejejeje me gusta internarme ahí,gracias a todos por su amable atención y dedicación a su trabajo,es muy notorio ke les gusta lo ke hacen.
Buena atención y amabilidad recepcionistas y enfermeras ; todo se lleva su tiempo pero queremos que nos atiendan en cuanto llegamos y eso no es posible por que somos muchos los que nesecitamos atención medica yo doy gracias a DIOS por tener ese hospital, si habrá fallas en el personal de hospital pero de todo hay en la viña del SEÑOR

This place is a joke. In the er they take for ever to see you, the staff is rude and unless you aready dead they won't attend you. Really pissed off at this place
I had only one complaint when i was in the emergency room in February. But other than that, everyone is very pleasant. I love the RT people.
I felt terrible when they didn't even give me a call button or asked if I needed anything. They have my records and still they said they wouldn't look. I was in the e r and I couldn't think right. They made it seem like ugh I was stupid. No one smiles no one really seems to care. It was sad but what could I do? I went there cuz I just couldn't take the pain and illness anymore and then they find nothing. Prescribe stuff I can't get at the pharmacy with out PA. At least I'm out and feeling OK.
