Have to say our experience was fair but the nurse Ana in the ER was the greatest. She was very attentive towards my mom. Awesome job Ana my family is very appreciative towards you!
Me pareció muy atento todo el personal y las instalaciones estan impecables todo muy bien felicitaciones ...
Place sucks took over 4 hours to enter the ER after the surgery took place tried to let the nurses know antibiotics were done and she just said ok I'll tell another nurse to help you guys out and left then took another 4 hours just to get out after everything was done in total 10 hours for a simple little thing. Thank you El Paso and your well book smart/lack of common sense nurses and doctors.
The receptionist was not sympathetic I was in extreme pain and seem not to care what I was going through I understand that she needs to collect insurance information but be a lil compationate about peoples pain. Dr. Hendricks was very nice and took care of my pain right away the nurse Giovanni was also very nice and took good care of me.

We all have that one child who doesn't complain about being sick but when they do you wanna make it better. My baby (11yr old)was sick and crying about her head hurting. We were greeted with smile,processed in a timely matter and listened too. The staff once inside was just as kind and caring. This has been every time I have gone. Oh this is on the Children's side of Er. but I was seen there on adult side it was good too. Thank you for your service.
The trama team where amazeing helped me and my daughter very much after a bad car accident due to a chick on her cellphone.. love u team and where from California.. thanks again and the social worker Econ Bradley was a great help thanks y'all and God bless ���
My boyfriend had surgery yesterday. All the staff that attended to him were very nice & attentive. From Pre Op to Post Op. Even the anesthesia doctor stayed later past his shift to make sure my honey was comfortable & put in a nerve block to take the pain away.
Excelente equipo de trabajo en todos los niveles! Recomendado 100%. Trato amable y humano y sobretodo mucha profesionalidad.
