She don't want to bother them I say call n call some more but never do they just pop their head n n ask do she need anything n I had one nurse ask did I need a blanket n that was last nite 3 nights n.part 2 my mom had just fell off to sleep after trying for an hours I heard some bumping at round 7: 40 7:45 pm so I stepped out the door n realize it was house keeping I ask could they hold it down ! it got louder my mom said no just leave it alone I tell you and this was on the heart and vascular floor

As a pregnant woman in the CSRA, I had a very difficult time deciding where I’d like to give birth. I discovered that there is a horrible shortage of options for women in Augusta. Did you know there are only 2 certified nurse midwives here? I was even questioning whether or not to travel to Atlanta or Savannah in order to have a water birth with a midwife. Best hospital and doctors in the CSRA!!!
Very Poor! Very unprofessional! Very unsatisfactory demeanor from Staff. No physical therapy when requested. They treat my Mom like she is not conscience of her own pain and discomfort. Response time for the " Nurse Call " is over 5 minutes. Doctors walk by and don't even acknowledge the " Nurse Call " light. When asked for linens and pillows the Doctor replies by sayin " sorry I'm not sure where they store the linens ". Really?
