Horrible ER experience tonight. I have always raved about University but tonight was HORRIBLE
The volunteers at the surgery waiting room are fabulous! The cafeteria food is really good, but pretty pricey !!!!!

The staff, and FOOD was GREAT! MY NEW BABY and I felt like family when being taken cared of these past few days. They keep yoy informed, and the labor and delivery dept get 5 stars in itself!! I wouldn't have had him anywhere else! #AcyMathis
The wonderful care and attention I received made my stay feel very comfortable. Every member was kind and considerate to me, and the doctors and technicians were excellent at explaining procedures and results, and the nurses were most helpful, with their attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile for my care and comfort, They made what could've been a very scary experience, and made me fee quite at ease.l
I received the best care ever when I had to go to Er for a fall. Everyone was caring and compassionate. The nurses that I had on the fifth floor earned extra pearls in their crowns for their care. I hated to put them thru what they had to do but they went about it with uplifting my dignity during the worst. There are some angels on earth. They are called nurses and University Hospital has an abundance.
As always it was awesome!! This will always be our hospital. The staff were friendly!!
The entire staff was fun and professional. They all made sure I was very well taken care of.
From Dr Clark to nurses who cared for my wife, everyone was polite and professional. All explained everything they were doing and answered any questions we had. Hopefully we will not need their services again but I wouldn't hesitate to return if we do have another heart problem..
