We went because my daughter has had an ear infection for 3 months and 3 different antiobiotucs didn't fix. The doctor came in telling her she had strept throat before he even examined her... she has no tonsils and no sore throat. He insisted on testing and yep- NO STREPT. Discharge showed no infection and sore throat. She told him repeatedly she had NO sore throat. So pain pills and no help! She didn't want pain pills, she wanted the problem fixed. My daughter had a severe migraine, blurred vision, vomiting and shaking and severe pain. When we got there there was 5 people ahead of us, they called them one by one to the back. They skipped my daughter, and called 3 other people. A lady (approx. 25 yrs old) came in who knew the desk clerk and was taken to a room in the back within 10 minutes!! That was crap!! Everybody has been great! I came in yesterday, June 29th, was sent to CV2 room CV12, they were awesome! Nuclear stress test, now waiting for results!!
I want to thank the Team for being there for my Grandson, Jonathan Rico K. Bucao. The staff did a great job taking care of my Grandson and preparing him to the world and also for making the delivery for my Daughter-In-Law, Joyce Bucao a successful. Many thanks to Doctor Joseph! We love you guys!
