I was hooked up with a Rental car and they were done with my truck a day early !! I will recommend university collision to everyone! Thank you for the great job 5 Star : Customer Service They were able to get me some tools and boots out of my truck and were happy to do it after I had the rental car . They were ready to help me in any and all ways .

5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality I can't tell where te damage was. 4.5 Star : Customer Service The only thing I would have wanted more of was an understanding of the need to extend the estimated finish time. I eventually started texting which was nice.

The quality of work was OK. 3.5 Star : Customer Service They could’ve communicated a lot better when they said that the truck wasn’t ready and they had to get more parts. I had to call them on the day. It was supposed to be done.
