RecommendedJackson and the whole team were wonderful to work with. Test drive a couple different cars before making our decision. They also gave us a good deal for our trade in especially since it needed repairs. We told them how much our payment needed to be and they worked with us. Thank you UAC for going out of your way to help me today! My family and I stopped in Ellensburg to gas up only to have our gas cap release button break unexpectedly. This meant we could not fill our almost empty gas tank. We drove over to UAC and asked if you all could help. The team at UAC, especially Moe, went out of their way to look at it and helped us find a temporary fix until we could get back to our hometown. No charge and back on the road in less than 30 min. Worst experience ever.. we bought a used truck in June and July the truck completely locked up and broke down. We had it towed from Sumner WA, back to ellensburg that night (Saturday night). University auto did not call me until Tuesday to ask what was wrong. They fixed it after a week and a half of it being at the shop when a technician called my husband and stated it was going to be $160.
