We had a very good experience with this dealership while buying our Yukon XL a couple weekends ago. Our salesman, Riley, was very knowledgeable and personable. Despite the snow that day, he had the vehicle cleared off, parked up front and ready for us to look at first thing in the morning after I had messaged the dealership through their website the evening before. Super helpful and friendly group! I worked with Matt, and after explaining what I was looking for in a car, he only had to show me one. I looked online at their stock, and the one he showed me truly was the best for what I needed it for. He was never pushy as I made my decision, and when I had to leave town in the middle of the process Matt did everything he could to help speed up the process. We recently purchased a vehicle from University and we couldn’t be more happier with our Cadillac Escalade! Our salesman Drew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent in explaining everything throughout the whole sales process. They also have a toy area to keep the kids busy while waiting to sign paperwork. Drew went above and beyond his salesman duty and hung out with my 5 and 6 year old while we signed papers! I worked with Drew Snider had the best and easiest time buying my new car. Very friendly and easy to talk too.he made everything go fast and also answered any questions I had.
