Great Repair and Price on a Saturday! – Tom fixed my broken door, quickly and profesionally. He explained everything he did and left the job site in great shape. This was on a Saturday afternoon and his price was more than fair. I will recommend Universal Door and surely use them again if the need arises.

My garage door wouldn't open. I called Universal Overhead Door Co. in the morning and by evening I had a new spring on my garage door and it was working great! After my phone conversation with him, he knew exactly what was wrong with my garage door and came out and fixed it at a very reasonable price. I can't thank Tom enough for his quick response and repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a garage door repair!!!

The owner of Universal showed a great deal of knowledge in replacing springs on two different style overhead doors. He walked me through questions and helped to determine exactly what I needed over the phone. When I came to him for the parts he had them in stock and available.
lacking professional detail – I used this business before and they replaced a cable and guaranteed it. The cable broke. He said he would honor the guarantee. He made an appointment to show but never did, no call no nothing. the door is part of my historic home and I have kept it maintained. I thought the business name Universal implied a familiararity with a wide variety and degree of versatility.
