I've been a customer of Tom's for 25 yrs. I wouldn't think of using another service. He is an expert!
Garage door spring broke late Friday afternoon. 24 hours later Tom had it fixed and working better then before. Very reasonable price too.
We had a situation on a holiday weekend where our coil spring broke. Called around Grand Rapids area and the only place that answered was Universal. They were very helpful with how to repair and also had the part. I was very impressed with his helpfulness and availability. The door was reparled in less than 2hrs. Great Job

When my garage door broke I didn't know where to turn. I happened to come across Tom's number when I did a google search and wow am I glad I did! He was super friendly on the phone and even better in person. He came out on a holiday weekend and fixed it in about an hour, and for even cheaper than he quoted me. Thanks Tom! I would recommend him to any friend or family member.
15 years ago we used Tom to fix our door at our old house and he did a great job, so this Tuesday morning, 7/3, we woke up to find our spring broke on our door and we could not open it by hand. we called Tom and he told us what to try and when it did not work, he came over and repaired it. He was there within an hour after calling him and now our door is better than ever. we will always use him. Thanks Tom.
