I completed their Criminal Justice Program with Honors in 2007-2008. They sent my diploma however would not release my transcript. They said I owed money, however my student loans/grants completely covered the cost of my education. I recently began receiving daily calls from my student loan carrier, and most recently a letter with payment coupons attached saying my first payment is due August 8th, 2017 for several loans through University of Phoenix. First, I don't understand why they are calling me daily for a payment that ... read more

This is a great school if you're not really looking to learn anything but willing to pay over $40,000. First, I never even needed to send in a copy of my HS diploma or formal identification to enroll - how do they know I graduated and how do they even know I am who I say I am? After attending two semesters at UOP I have learned absolutely nothing but have a 3.98 GPA. I have done all the required work but with 5 week classes you experience the following: all of the content in the textbooks never get covered and topics are rus... read more

This place is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I took two classes here, they took my fafsa money, took a loan from me and then after only 2 classes, they dropped me from all further classes, saying that I owe them $2700. I called and called asking for a detailed account and why I owed so much when they already got a 7,000 loan and 2500 in government money. No one could tell me why, there exact response was "well that's just how it worked out". On my online account it said I owed nothing and that I was accutally overfunded,... read more

Unfortunately once again, I am going to have to leave a negative review for this school. This school decided to end my class for me today, when they wanted to on their terms, with no regard for my individual circumstances. After a few weeks of struggling with one sick child child with a bedwetting problem, another child with after-school activities, a verbally abusive husband recently placed in a wheelchair, and no help with any household chores, I fell behind in certain aspects of the class. To be very specific, what I fell... read more

In their commercials they promised job placement, when I went to go get job placement or at least career assistance, I was told that they had no job placement I should be suing them for false advertising and I think I might

I've gotten a lot more out of this school than expected. They provided me with far better resources than the previous college I attended, ITT Technical Institute. Everything has been going well. Until. I noticed a woman who had a history of misspellings, and incomprehensible sentence structure in class, was copying and pasting paragraphs. She was because they obviously weren't her own. She wasn't citing sources. She was schooled on several occasions on her answers by other students. But she just kept posting plagiarized co... read more

I have obtained both an AA degree and a BSHA degree from the UoP. My first degree was through the Navy Campus as an active duty service member, and the second was through the online program (2008 - 2011). Both experiences were good ones for me in terms of being able to obtain the degrees I enrolled for. I was never charged for the AA degree because it was covered by my GI Bill. The 2nd degree was expensive.....I will be paying the ******* people for a very long time to come, and I do have some concerns that the initial amoun... read more

I was in a leadership/300 class and had to withdrawal due to health issues. I was charged for the class for the amount of $1755.00 an adjustment was made of $828.00 Total $927.00. I have made payments for a total amount of $927.00. I contacted university of phoenix on 3/22/17, I was advised that I still owed $126.00. The rep was unable to verify exactly why i still owed money.
