First time ever I post a public review, but I'm beyond furious. I had a really bad experience recently with the Service Department. Took my car in 2 different occasions for 2 different issues. First, my car radio stopped working all of the sudden, took the car to get it checked out and was told that indeed the car radio died, and that it was around $1,500 to get a new radio and get it installed because the warranty expired.
