Service was good. A little delayed in visiting but overall we feel confident that our processing is being conducted at a relatively fair rate.

Today 1/23/15 I completed my PCI SAQ. I had an awesome Customer Specialist that helped me get started with the survey. She was very knowledgeable and explained the different stages of the process. She stayed with me on phone to make sure that I got a good start to move through the survey with ease and become Certified. I truly appreciated her time and patience. Thank You.
I have been pleased with response when I have had to call for help. My only concern is how often I have had to call with problems with machine. We finally did get it corrected and it worked.
I spoke with Aneyba today on the phone in regard to getting a replacement for our current credit card machine. She was very pleasant and very helpful. There were a couple of small hiccups that occurred while trying to get the paperwork situated but she handled them with ease. It shows that Aneyba understands what great customer service means and she gives that to her customers. I wish more in the customer service field were more like her!
Everyone I've talked to the last few days has been helpful and very professional. When things go bad it's always good to be helped by folks that want to help you. Thanks.
