We have used Merchant Services since November 2012 and have consistently received a monthly billing statement outlining all of the necessary information. In June 2015, I received our May banking statement and all of our credits processed through Merchant Services were off by a few dollars. When I called, the Customer Service rep told me that normally the fee is processed at the time of transaction for accounts that may have a not so good credit history or are going through bankruptcy.
