Merchant Services has always been a company that does what they say. The people I speak with are always very helpful and pleasant. I get correct information in a quick and direct manor. Always happy to talk with one of their representatives.
I required a PCI compliance certificate (I believe that's what it is called) that involves many questions to be answered on line. I have done these before and it always irritates me. This is mainly because there are many technical questions for which I have no idea how to answer. The representative sent me the link and stayed on the phone with me the entire time I was filling it out--45 minutes. Thank you for being so helpful and courteous through the whole process.
