Very helpful and nice service technician, Jeff, replaced my old garage door opener. Super excited about the replacement! He did a wonderful job! Thank you, Jeff.
The service technician, Jeff, showed up on time. He provided concise information as to the problem with my garage door, which had an a broken spring, using a single spring system, and then provide a very reasonable quote for parts and labor. Seemed much more affordable than the prices I was seeing for other places on Angie's list. He was in and out in less than an hour. He was super nice and helpful.
Kyle is a great guy to have working at your house. He's totally professional and friendly, smart, just a good guy. He did a great job and I'd bet all his reviews have been stellar. The company as a whole seems very well run. On the phone I received perfect communication and everything was taken care of exactly as planned. The product delivered is great all around as well.

Kyle came and told me exactly how to fix my broken spring and converted it to a much easier and safer system. Now my door comes up and down so much smoother. He did the work fast and explained to me everything he had done. I so glad I called Universal they are great.
Had a service call thru Landmark tech arrived on time and fixed the problem very quickly the service was great!
They came out the same morning I called and went right to work and got my garage door opener replaced right away and even installed a keypad for me that I have wanted since the day I moved in over four years ago. I would highly recommend them!
