Excellent Customer Service – I just moved to the area a few months ago and am not familiar with the businesses around my new home. I found Universal Appliance by doing a search for appliance parts in Google. When I walked into the location I was greeted immediately by a friendly team member named Jeff and he was able to help locate the part that I needed for my stove. Fabulous Customer Service!!! – These guys are great!!! I went in their store without having any idea what I needed. After talking to one of their counter people they had me out the door with the right part and a good description on how to fix my washer. Within an hour I had the part, the know how and best of all, I had a working washer and a happy wife. Thank you!!!

Shipping is slow, overpriced and misrepresented. – Shipping is slow, overpriced, and misrepresented. My invoice ON THEIR SITE said Priority Mail. Instead, they shipped it UPS, which is much slower and they charged me three times the Priority Mail rate. When I called them about it, all I got was a bunch of evasive weasel talk. I guess Amazon has spoiled me, causing me to expect fast service from others.
