Can't Deliver & False Promises – I ordered a simple burner for my Maytag stove, and it's been 3 months and I still haven't received it. Every time I check for the status, they tell me the same thing: Our warehouse is billing us for it, so that means it's being shipped right now. Bad Return Policy – In good faith, I ordered some parts for my GE gas stovetop from these people. When I received the items, my husband put the items away in the garage (he was helping to straighten up the house :-) ) without me being able to inspect them for accuracy. order #976107 No Return Policy – This is one of the site lack of order transparancy. It states "Easy Online Ordering - Fast Shipping - No Hassle Returns" is not true and misleading. It won't tell you everything until you put the order in. 1. after order in I got an email saying it is a manufacturing part. It will take 2 -3 weeks to ship. You can not cancel because of this. What a find, not sure how they can be so cheap. – I needed a motor for a GE telescoping range hood, probably not a high volume seller. I went on the internet searched the part number and found prices ranging from $300 (Repair Clinic) to UAP's $139.00. The nearest next price was $179.00. Since this is a new OEM part, as the commercial said, "parts is parts". The part arrived two days later, UPS ground. Poor Return Policy – Watch what you order, if it has anything to do with electrical they won't take it back. I accidentally ordered the wrong part number and they won't take it back, even though it is unopened. Really stupid.
THE BEST – HAVE BEEN GOING TO UNIVERSAL FOR OVER TEN YEARS . THEY CAN GET ANYTHING AND BEAT THE PANTS OFF SEARS. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING .
Good Price and Great Service – I ordered AUGER/POST ASSM for my washing machine from online. After i reveived the parts, I replaced the parts on the washing machine. It constantly makes "Click" noise. The auger and post assm are loose. Obviously the products are defective. I called customer service and they mailed me a new one instantly, plus I got UPS return thicket and then I returned the bad parts without charging my shipping fee for returning. I will use them again for my appliance parts.
Great shipping time – I ordered a new crisper bin for my fridge on 16Mar2011 and I received it on 18Mar2011. I only paid $8.33 shipping and handling. I will use them again for my appliance parts.
A happy customer... – The lower element in my oven lit up like the whole thing was on fire. I called these guys and they assured me that everything was going to be ok, my kitchen in fact wasn't going to burn down AND they had the replacement I needed in stock! I was able to go in on a Saturday, pick up the part and had my oven fixed quicker then I expected. I couldn't have asked for an easier transaction. They were friendly and helpful and I plan on returning for all my appliance parts needs!
