I ordered a part 22 days ago and still have not received it. I try to call them and either the line is busy or their answering system says to call back at another time, THIS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER TRIED TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
I have shopped for parts at Universal appliance for several years and have always had great service. The people are polite and quick about getting the parts. Just wanted to say thank you.
July 2014 - Bought a Kenmore dishwasher gasket for $10.80 + $12.87 for shipping based on their ad, which showed the gasket (seal) mounted on a metal frame. What came by USPS was just the rubber gasket, but no metal frame. These guys are sleazy. Get your parts from elsewhere to avoid being cheated.
Do not buy from this Co, they never ship the part and when I questioned it they canceled my order they got upset with me i did not get any refund i think this site is a scam
Do not buy from this guys!!! I bought a fan blower in June 2013 and 7 months later ,broke down. When I contacted them about the warranty , they told me that is covered by manufacturer warranty but they would not send me any details of how should I proceed further. How am I suppose to know who the f@$&!?@ made that blower. I asked them nicely couple of times but they would not return my emails. I suppose this is another "Isellshitfrommymamagarage"type of company.
Ordered a stove/oven controller on Dec 5 2013. Nothing heard by 18 Dec so I chatted with "Jason". Basically it was "Oops" sorry bout that we'll send it right away. Note the date 18 Dec and xmas with no stove/oven now is our reality. Second person "greg" I chatted with (because there is no customer service or even a phone number to call) said essentially the same thing "Oops" thanxs UAP
Very Satisfied.Thanks for the very fast shipping and quality parts that you recently sent me , I had ordered two burner assemblies on a Monday night and they shipped out the next day , the price was great and parts fit perfectly on my commercial oven.
Whenever I try to call to check availability of a part (like their site says you can do) I get an automated lady telling me to leave a message, then hangs up on me. Is this site even real? Or just a scam?
RUDE employees and very OVERPRICED items. I would NEVER BELIEVE the positive reviews. I walked into the store in Beaverton and was treated very rudely and when I needed help identifying the exact part I needed (because I'm not an expert they are suppose to be) I was treated to more rudeness and reluctance to help. When I asked about the high price I was told "it's retail not wholesale" BUT it says wholesale on the advertising!!! Don't lie just because you jack up your prices.
