My wife and I had our first baby and have been bringing him here he's 5 months old. First appointment was fine. We were given some good advice and was told what stretches were best for him. So that's what we did. Came in the next week after following the advice and the physician said he was looking better. Physician was asking my wife how it was like holding him in the stretches. We have used this therapy office specifically for both our kids. I have no complaints. The staff is amazing. The receptionists are kind and courteous. Yes, this clinic is busy, but for good reason. They are great at what they do! So glad Blank has made therapy offices all over the metro so we don't have to travel far.
Doctor sent our referral to this location for PT. I called a day or two later to get my little one on the schedule. They told me that they were extremely busy and their scheduler would be calling me sometime to set up an appointment. Still haven’t received that call……it’s been almost 5 weeks now!
