Dr. Kron showed a lack of empathy and inability to even attempt to work a plan for tele-sessions with my wife. Interesting how Unity Point keeps this person when other people here have complained about similar things.
Wow. My experience is VERY different with my doctor. My first visit was summer, June maybe? My doctor keeps things short and to the point, he doesn't baby you and I LIKE that about him. The doctor isn't there to hold your hand and it seems like a lot of reviews want that. Don't go in with expectations, go in reminding yourself they're here to help. If you want someone to empathize and talk to for long periods, therapy is a good idea. The doctors here are meant to help you get on medication, which means they need to ask a lot... read more

I think Dr. Kron is trying to help. I had to learn that all he is doing is psych meds management. I have started seeing a therapist. He does seem to be distant to his patients. I don't feel any caring from him. I barely get any more than 15 minutes per appointment with him.
