Awesome doctors but front desk doesnt have to be so rude. Two times now. Needs addressed
Cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this clinic. My children have been seeing Dr. Sandberg for the last 4 years and she has never once made me feel like I was asking too much, that my concerns were invalid, and never left me feeling like my questions were unanswered. Any concern I’ve had she’s followed through to resolution. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Franciso today and he was so kind and helpful with a not so great situation. Very rude front desk, we recently got full custody of our son and we tried to establish care here. We were pretty much denied and when we asked about the medical issues we needed to address, they said to consult with the urgent care. After we had urgent care tell us to establish care with a provider.
The ability to call in and get my questions answered quickly is priceless! Thanks soo much!
