I give this place zero stars. And while this review may not bring about immediate change in the administration or improve care for the patients who need it most, I write it in the hope that it will serve as a warning to families considering this facility as an option for their loved ones. ⸻ Horrific Conditions at Unity Rehabilitation Center – Do NOT Send Your Loved Ones Here I’m not sure what they paid the people leaving the good reviews but here is my experience with Unity Rehabilitation Center, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Unity Rehabilitación is a great place when you cannot have your family with you , because the all the person to work there are very kind and profesional, my brother with special care live there , and always is clean, The CNA for the facility that he usualmente have are Ms. Levinson and Ms Acanda and the respiratory person usually is Ms Gabriel.
