I am utterly disgusted and upset with this facility My mother has been at this location since August 2025 she had a stroke in July knowing it would be a long rode to recovery they did not communicate anything to be about a plan of care or anything I notice she was making progress the first 2 months and as soon as here 100 days were up they stopped her physical therapy and didn’t tell me she started going backward not communicating or moving around she was not being moved out of her bed at all as they told me she was everytim... read more
Thank you too with Gentiva at the facility, Barbara Fleitas y Dr of Gentiva and CNA , Unity Rehabilitación is a great place when you cannot have your family with you , because the all the person to work there are very kind and profesional, my brother with special care live there , and always is clean, The CNA for the facility that he usualmente have are Ms. Levinson and Ms Acanda and the respiratory person usually is Ms Gabriel. Hoy estuve de visita en el centro de Unity Healt And Rehabilitación donde vi una buena atención desde la recepción hasta la habitación 120 que estaba mi paciente Eudelina Reynosa donde tengo la mejor opinión de Isabel Soto mas de otras empleadas que se encontraban allí tuve el honor de conocer a Dority la trabajadora Social una persona muy eficiente y amable .Encontré todo limpio a lo que se refiere el cuarto la comida y el desayuno a su hora y todas muy preocupada s por todos los pacientes
Here we go again this place has multiple lawsuits against them PLEASE DONT LET YOUR LOVED ONE GO HERE. When I placed my first review after I found out how my father ended up in the hospital from this place they had only one concern and that was about me changing my review of them. Then when I asked for his medical records and charts they tried to alter them from the first time I received them. Little did they know I downloaded them immediately after receiving them.
