This company has to be the worst mail order company I have ever dealt with.. Inconsistent is a understatement! I have medicines that they hold and dont ship out in time... Even though they had the perscription 2 weeks early!!!!! Also customer care people do not do follow ups! UNREAL! Here I am calling again trying to get my medicine that I have ran out of!!!!!

I have had this RX drug insurance for over a year and it has to this day been unable to complete any RX I have sent to them. It's taken 2 weeks to get a simple birth control script set up with them and I still have not received it. I have a monthly ADHD medication and have to pay out of pocket because I can not trust them to get that right. I have spoken to customer service 2 times and they keep saying it will be shipped tomorrow overnight and guess what? That was Friday! How can a company be in business like this? UMR insurance is a complete scam!!!! I pay over 600$ per month for the platinum plan (this is the most expensive "$0 deductible plan"). This plan wont even cover an emergency room visit that I had to take my daughter when she got a metal ring stuck on her finger and had to get it sawed off at the hospital. her finger was turning purple and she had started to panic. Worst company ever!!!!! My policy with them was cancelled via a request from me because their services were totally not worth paying for because they wouldn't cover any of my family medical expenses. Cancelled the policy paid all due, yet they trying to send to collection for non-payment and for cancellation for non-payment fees.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good thing I have my records of payments for the months I was insured with them... AVOID getting a policy from this company.

I went for an annual physical on July 27th, 2016 which was covered at 100%. i checked with customer service and they said it should be no cost to me. My Member ID is *********. Then I receive a bill of $280 from **** **** ******* and turns out that United Healthcare refused to pay for preventative tests that the doctor prescribed. I will never buy United healthcare insurance. They are crooks and liars. I spent countless hours talking to customer service and now they are saying that it will be billed under my deductible.

I am so very disappointed that my employer switched to United Healthcare and thus resulted in forced use of the OptumRX for prescriptions. Optum then decided to add a 'specialty pharmacy' since I have a chronic condition that requires injections- which has been nothing but frustrating. To the point that I would rather not seek the meds than deal with their crappy customer service.

I asked for an insurance quote and i received it and i told them i wasn't interested and to take me off their calling list, and they keep calling me over and over again, 10-20 times a day. It is very irritating. They have been calling since last week. I even sent them an email asking them to stop calling.

My experience with United Healthcare has been a nightmare. I switched to them soon after the birth of my son. They have since charged me multiple times for PREVENTATIVE CARE... we received a $650 bill for my son's vaccinations, as well as bills for several hundreds of dollars for his hearing screenings. All of this is preventative care, which I believed to be covered by law. I have no idea what we are paying for.
