Terrible response from a time-sensitive situation from the billing department. They do not sound like they care by the tone of voice. Facility is great but phone support are lacking.

Dr. Friedman and his support staff are friendly, efficient, competent professionals. I had a series of ten appointments with a combination of imaging, IV's, and injections to collapse a number of veins which were allowing blood to pool in my thighs and calves because their valves were not working. I experienced very little pain during and after the procedures and have had no complications. Would not recommend the facility due to a few reasons. First, they change providers frequently so you never know exactly which doctor you are seeing. Secondly, my first appointment I waited over 2 1/2 hours to begin treatment. Lastly, they do not communicate the treatment plan thoroughly because I was not told I needed four total appointments. I was informed only after I finished my two appointments then they told me they needed to schedule me back to finish with two more appointments. Unfortunately, I had scheduled this for... read more
The staff was very efficent made me feel at ease. Appointments were on time. I would recommend United Vein at Lakeland.
