Had problems with scheduling, received telephone call stati g they hadn't received prior authorization from my health insurance, so they canceled my first appointment. When I called the office back on the same day, I was informed that they had received the prior authorization. My appointment was then rescheduled for the same day but at a later time. The second appointment was scheduled for a week later, when I arrived for thar appointment which showed up for that appointment, I was told that they had no appointment scheduled... read more

Terrible response from a time-sensitive situation from the billing department. They do not sound like they care by the tone of voice. Facility is great but phone support are lacking.
