Their tree removal was great. Their cleanup could have been better. I will still use them in the future.
I’ve gone back and forth about this review. On one hand, United did complete the services I hired them for. On the other, the constant upselling—especially their push to remove healthy trees—was off-putting. I also wish there had been more consultation on the tree work itself. For example, three large limbs were removed from one side of a tree, leaving it unbalanced and visually awkward. Junior and his team did a wonderful job on my tree trimming/removal project. I will definitely use then again in the future. They were very professional and responsive to communication as well. They also give a Veteran's discount to all my fellow vets out there interested in their services! They are a licensed, insured, and bonded company! Give then a call you won't be disappointed...
