Typically good service from United Rental. This branch isn’t is not as good as others. Rented a fork lift yesterday and they only had used the fork lift for 30 minutes. Out of propane. Had to run around to go get propane. Lost about $600 in labor hours due to negligence by internal team at this branch.
Lift was not taken care of very well, scheduling pickup and delivery was not convenient.
