I've interacted w several real estate firms and this was the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience that I've encountered. I was looking at a home that had a lot going on w it...a cemetery on the property, multiple acres being farmed out, a public road thru the yard, a pond listed as belonging to the property but the neighbors claimed it's theirs, and a home listed as salvage but also listed w a new roof. It was difficult to get a proper response from the two agents that I contacted. When they did respond, one refused to meet at a listed property, the other was just rude. Neither did anything to assist me and did nothing to promote the property. I gave up and went w a different real estate agency and purchased a different property.
