If I could give no stars I would. I have been staying in Myrtle ***** apartments in ****** ** since 2018. And the last 2 years have been the worst experience Ive had to encounter. The leasing manager here ( *******************************) is one of the most evil people I have met and I hope I never run into another person like her again. Cheaply made apartments. They'll leave damage to the apartment & then charge you when you move in. Threatened me with eviction because my 18 month old had toys in the floor during an inspection. If you're in a interracial relationship, they will bully you & harass you. Make up allegations & constantly bully you with eviction. Falsely charge you extra with no proof & raise your rent with no notice or explanation. Forces you to allow harmful chemicals & pesticides to be sprayed on your apartment.
They took our $60 money order with the application and never processed it. A credit check was never done. They take your money and do not have the courtesy of contacting you back. It took over 3 months for us to finally get someone on the phone and she was extremely rude. I do not recommend this management company or their properties. Extremely disappointing
This company discriminates against you and clearly picks favorites bodly in your face they have no respect for the Americans against Disabilities Act or Fair Housing Laws this company also will try and advocate for separation of families and marriage! Beware when renting from here they let other tenants vandalized their apartments and stay!!
