Horrible experience
I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow-through from this team. Communication is consistently one-sided; despite multiple requests for callbacks and assurances that my concerns would be addressed, I have yet to receive a response. While the company is very proactive regarding collections and invoicing, their commitment to client support and fulfilling promises is non-existent. I would not recommend their services if you value reliable communication.
