I moved out in April from one of there properties, it’s now July almost August and I’ve called everyday, emailed them multiple times about my security deposit and no one calls back or answers the emails. Almost 3 months not 1 call back is insane!! Extremely unprofessional and extremely disappointed after living almost 10 years in one of their properties!!!
Horrible experience
I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow-through from this team. Communication is consistently one-sided; despite multiple requests for callbacks and assurances that my concerns would be addressed, I have yet to receive a response. While the company is very proactive regarding collections and invoicing, their commitment to client support and fulfilling promises is non-existent. I would not recommend their services if you value reliable communication.
