Really United ? I lived at Inverrary 441 Apartments and dealt with serious mold issues that were only painted and bleached over, not properly fixed. Over time, my son got acute bronchitis and we both became sick, forcing me to end my lease early. I’ve tried reaching out about my deposit and fees but only got a response from Legal saying I still owe termination fees. I had an extremely disappointing experience with United Management. Despite leaving the residence in excellent condition with no interior damage, they withheld my full deposit of $4,392 without providing a valid explanation. This behavior feels dishonest and unprofessional. Alexandria, the representative I dealt with, was unhelpful and appeared to lack a clear understanding of the situation.
